You need to be in great physical shape to play league. This is a physically demanding sport. Don’t try and apply if you are not physically fit. This saves embarrassment on your part and the teams, if you cannot qualify due to physical prowess.
This is considered a young man’s game to some who hold that opinion. However, we disagree. This sport is full of fire and vitality and offers a great spectacle for any fan of any rugby team, especially when the home team plays the home field.
